DearALL,

Can someone explain the chemistry or binding here?
 
"Isoflavones and proteins" are related to eachother
when concerned with soy foods. What sort of
interaction or binding can be explained for that? How
can i understand the biochemistry of isoflavone
linkages or bonding that exist in a soybean seed.Where is the
exact location of isoflavones in soybean seed and how is it interlocated?
